LN Outsourcing (formerly Lightning Networks), an outsourcing firm that offers multiple support services to Telecom operators, InfraCo’s and other industry players, desired a website redesign to communicate its name change and expand its market while building a closer bond with its clientele.
The Solution
The brief from LN Outsourcing was to design a user-centric website, characterized by simplicity of design and ease of navigation. We approached this project by conducting series of stakeholder reviews and design consultations. Working with LN Outsourcing colour scheme, we created a clean, yet colourful layout. The homepage gives a quick preview of what LN Outsourcing offers, and leads to other pages with more information. A friendly navigation system ensures that visitors to the website are able to quickly find whatever they need.
With the objective of servicing as many Telecom operations and InfraCo's as possible, the contact details are strategically placed and easy to find as every webpage contains information on more than one means of reaching LN Outsourcing.
Built off a content management system, the website can easily be managed and updated by any LN Outsourcing staff with basic word processing skills.
